Law Enforcement Memorial Day
Friday Evening – May 15th, 2009

7:45 pm candle light service – conclude 9:00 pm
No cost — Open to you and your friends

This year's service will have a large multi department honor guard, bag piper, soloists, children's choir, 21 gun salute and a special horse & caisson. Almost 400 hundred police family survivors from all across the nation will be in attendance. The names of officers killed in the line of duty during 2008 will be read along with the names of all Florida officers killed in the line of duty since 1957.

A service of this type is a must see and your attendance will serve as a silent testament of your support to those survivor families and officers in attendance, and believe me that means a lot to them.

Helicopter Tours - The American Police Hall of Fame (APHF) is proud to announce the opening of its' helicopter tours. There are five (5) tours to choose from and any choice provides customers with discounts into the Police Hall of Fame and into the state of the art APHF Shooting Center. APHF police helicopter tours are open daily to the public, weather permitting. Flight costs begin at the incredibly low price of $25 for fun and exciting helo hops; Eco tours are available also! It is located at 6350 Horizon Drive inside the American Police Hall of Fame facility. This premier range features two (2) bays with 12 lanes in each. The range is highly sophisticated with cutting edge technology via the combination of electronics and computerization. Come shoot at moving targets or just point and shoot at static targets. All handguns, carbines and class III weapons are welcome. The range is climate controlled and utilizes a HEPA air filtration system. Gun rental, ammunition, targets and eyes and ear protection are available. The range is open daily to the public. Tue.-Fri.: Noon - 8:00pm & Sat. & Sun.: Noon - 6:00pm. Call (321) 264-0911 for details. Range is 1/4 mile east of US1 on SR 405. Personalized help is available at no cost.
APHF Shooting Center Pro Shop. Click to open PDF flyer in a new window. APHF Shooting Center Pro Shop - The Shooting Center in Titusville opened a new expanded Pro Shop on Saturday June the 2nd. The Pro Shop features guns & ammo, clothing and a large selection of accessories. Local famous gun expert Dan Sabath will be running the shop on a daily basis. Sabath has an encyclopedic knowledge of firearms and has written numerous articles for the National Association of Chiefs of Police, American Federation of Police, National Rifle Association, American Rifleman, American Outdoorsman and Shooting USA.

Sabath says "this shop has something for everyone."

The Pro Shop is open Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from noon to 7:00 p.m. and from noon to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. Daily specials and discounts are available.
