Hot Stuff Catering
... has been serving good food to Brevard residents and businesses and visitors to the Space Coast since 1982. Their mobile food service has fed breakfast and lunch to thousands of office and industry workers who eagerly await the arrival of the "goodies of the day." Owners, Lou Ann and Bob Smith also cater many large events (corporate meetings, family reunions and other local happenings) as well as providing food services at Brevard Community College, Titusville Campus. Hot Stuff Catering has been providing food services for the Space Coast Birding & Wildlife Festival since 2002.
| HOT STUFF originally started as a bulk food store for helping feed our blossoming family of 5 boys. Shortly, we started teaching cooking classes for Sears Roebuck and our community of Titusville, HOME of the Space Center. Then the bottom fell out, the space shuttle tragedy! Everyone withered like new mown grass - us too. Catering trucks allowed us to go where the customers were...for the next 18 years...growing one location at a time. Customers started asking for special help with this dinner, that special occasion, a fund raiser, and ultimately a daily buffet at Boeing for the next year and a half. TWENTY ONE YEARS!! Now our own web site - like the kids said: "Mom, THIS IS THE TWENTY FIRST CENTURY!" Our motto isn't a lie. We have been burglarized five times...they love our food and you will too! |
