Retreat Joy: A retreat for mentally challenged adults which has three different levels of supervision.
Special Touch Camp: Camp for people needing more supervision.
1) Independent: $275 per person. Attendees stay in hotel-type rooms with one other member attending the retreat. You must be legally competent. You are not supervised. You come and go at will. You are treated as any non-mentally challenged adult. You must function independently, including the ability to self-medicate. At Fun Spot, you will move around freely. Volunteers will be stationed at each entrance and exit.

2) Low Supervision: $285 per person. Attendees stay in hotel-type rooms with one other member attending the retreat. You must be legally competent. You may choose your activities, the food you eat and what you do with your time. You must be able to self-medicate. For safety, we will make a roll call check on attendees at each meal and once at bedtime. At Fun Spot, you will move around freely. There will be a volunteer stationed at each entrance and exit.

3) Moderate Supervision: $300 per person. Attendees stay in hotel-type rooms with one other member attending the retreat. You are able to choose your activities, the food you eat and what you do with your time. We will make a visual check on you every hour during the day and administer medications. At Fun Spot, you will stay in a small group with a volunteer, or with your permission, move independently with an Air Tag electronic tracking device.

4) Special Touch Camp: $580 per person. Special Touch Ministry 5-Day Getaway is a residential, camp-style retreat, for people with intellectual or physical disabilities to have fun and find fellowship with others in a Christian atmosphere. Each location is staffed with medical professionals and volunteer staff. Special care has been given to have a facility that best fits the needs of our guests. Some examples of activities include swimming, fishing, crafts, boat rides, sports, games, hayrides, bonfires and more!

To Receive a Scholarship for Retreat Joy 2023 and Special Touch Camp 2023 You Should Act Now
As you know in the past, Boeing has provided a $30 scholarship for each person who attends our retreat.
The cost of camp to all who attended was kept low because Boeing employees have been kind to us Here is our scholarship policy. We can give the 50 dollar scholarships to the first 50 people who send in their requests for an application. Please check the box if you do not need the 50 dollar scholarship.

Both of these scholarships will be on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this first come, first served rule.
