MEMBERSHIP

The North Brevard Heritage Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, established with the primary focus to actively promote and facilitate preservation of historically significant properties and sites that are threatened with loss, and to promote alternatives to structural demolition and site destruction.

In addition, the Foundation seeks to promote increased public awareness, and actively participates with other public and private groups engaged in projects to save, restore and preserve historically significant structures and sites in Brevard County.

Current projects include:

The Pritchard House - The Foundation is assisting Brevard County in restoration of the 1891 Pritchard House, located in Historic Downtown Titusville. The Foundation is actively participating in fund raising, planning and supporting restoration efforts, and will operate the preserved home as a house museum.

Brevard Heritage Park Project - This project is being pursued in collaboration with Brevard County to relocate, restore, and use for educational programs, several historic structures that have been rescued from demolition. They will feature folklife exhibits and heritage events that focus on citrus, agriculture, commercial fishing and scrubland industries of Brevard County.
