Joe's Club, where therapy and fun come together!
The Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation is a non-profit organization designed to meet the needs of our community through various programs. We have the ability to care for clients with specific needs, not only due to dementia related illnesses, but any ailments that could prevent them from staying home alone safely.
We have three facilities throughout Brevard County where we provide adult day services. We call these "Joe's Club." Joe's Club is a licensed daycare facility that offers care and programs specifically tailored for older adults confronted with physical or cognitive challenges. Our clients have health conditions ranging from Alzheimer's disease, or other related dementias, Parkinson's disease, heart-related illnesses, diabetes, stroke victims, and other frailties where day-to-day tasks become obstacles.
Our objective at Joe's Club is to provide professional and specialized care to our clients that will enable the caregiver the ability to maintain a somewhat normal lifestyle – whether the caregiver would like to continue working, visit with family and friends, go shopping, or just have the ability to rest for a few hours a day.
Joe's Club will allow your loved one the opportunity to socialize and interact with others while creating new friendships. This gives our clients the socialization they need. Keeping your loved one engaged, as well as emotionally and physically healthy, will allow him or her to remain at home in their own environment for a longer period of time.
The nurses and program aides at Joe's Club are dedicated to helping our clients cope with their illnesses through an array of activities and entertainment. Our three facilities are located in Melbourne, Micco, and Titusville. Transportation and funding are available.

Programs under the Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation include:
• Caregiver Support Groups
Some of the groups provided are a Men's Only Group, Early Stage Group, Late Stage Group, and an Evening Group.
• Joe's Club

Our objective at Joe's Club is to provide professional and specialized care to our clients that will enable the caregiver the ability to maintain a somewhat normal lifestyle.
• Project R.E.L.I.E.F.
This program provides an in-home companion for a loved one and a much-needed break for the caregiver.
• YourCare Brevard
A program for persons age 65 and older, who have limited resources and Medicare Parts A and B. This is a state contracted Long-Term Care Community Diversion Pilot Project.
Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation, Inc., Better known to the clients and caregivers as Joe's Club, provides a loving, structured environment for all who attend. In addition to Joes' Club North in Titusville, there are two additional locations in the south end of the county.
