ANNUAL BAZAAR COMING NOVEMBER 6 and 7
Holy Spirit Council of Catholic Women invites everyone to its annual Craft and Fall Bazaar on Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7 from 9 am to 3 pm at Holy Spirit Church Emmaus Hall, 2309 Holder Road, Mims. Home made bake sale, arts and crafts, plus Silent Auction of Buy-it-Now!Early birds are welcome at 9 am and have till 3 pm to participate in silent auctions with hundreds of dollars of items from local businesses, raffles, crafts, bakery, handmade goods, jewelry and potpourri table. Of special interest will be the "Basket Mania" which includes hundreds of gift certificates from local restaurants, stores, car care, pizza and bowling with values over $2,000.
Get the holiday shopping going with vendors featuring holiday décor, exquisite hand-painted ceramics and one-of-a-kind furniture, plus knit and crocheted gifts.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE NATIONWIDE TARGET
The National Council of Catholic Women responds to domestic violence against women with its WOMEN HEALING THE WOUNDS project. Catholic Women throughout the United States have launched a campaign to support or organize domestic violence shelters.Members of the National Council of Catholic Women are women of faith, striving to live the Word of God. Through our united efforts and prayers, our goal is to provide education and resources to make ending Domestic Violence a reality.

To encourage Catholic women in spirituality, leadership and service.
Our programs respond with Gospel values to the needs of the Church and Society in the modern world.GOALS
To prepare ourselves and the members of the Holy Spirit parish for the coming year, concentrating on increasing membership and to plan and devote our activities centering in a special way around the persons of the Holy Trinity and praying and reflecting always on the Blessed Virgin.

PROVIDE Information on church teachings and public issues CREATE a community of God's people that is educated and dynamic by working to promote parish goals ASSIST families in achieving a truly Christian life and preserving Christian principles WORK to answer the needs of our parish that affect the life and well-being of people living here AWAKEN in all Christians a conviction of their responsibility for the international society EDUCATE in personal and organization leadership skills
