County Council Executive Board - Planning meetings
- Youth 12 years old and up invited to serve on the Executive Board
- Adults invited to provide leadership assistance.
- The Executive Board will plan and conduct meetings and events for all Brevard 4-Hers. Some of their projected events include a demonstration workshop, Mock Legislature, social and service events
- This group is in charge of the January 2008 Junior Congress.

- In 2007 this event raised $16,000 for Brevard 4-H youth events, leader training, awards and recognition including a $4,000 college scholarship
- All Clubs are asked to recruit one adult volunteer to assist.
- All Clubs are asked to submit one door prize and solicit one sponsor
