Hidden Potentials Employees
Employees of Hidden Potentials are high quality individuals who have experience working with the clientele they are assigned. They are interviewed and background checked through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Additionally, caregiver employees are required to complete training in abuse/neglect, personal outcomes, introduction to developmental disabilities and health/safety which is required by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.

Hidden Potentials is looking for energetic, experienced people who would like to work in the following areas:
- Tutoring regular education and students with special needs
- Caregiving for children with special needs
- Caregiving for adults with physical and mental needs
