All My Son's Warehouse ­ Site plans are under review for a new warehouse on 3.38 acres located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Bobbie Lane and State Road 405.  The engineer of record is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of Titusville.

 

Allied Industries ­ Site plans have been submitted and are under review for a 10,150 sq. ft. warehouse and 1,400 sq. ft. office building located on Shepard Dr.  The engineer of record is Bussen-Mayer Engineering Group Inc. of Merritt Island, FL.

 

Anson Office/Mini Warehouse ­ Construction has begun for this 68-unit mini-warehouse and 15-unit office/warehouse project along the western side of Bobbi Lane.  Developer is Ken Anson Construction, Inc. of Titusville.

 

Arbor Woods ­ Construction is underway for this 60-lot subdivision located south of Arbor Ridge on Sisson Road.  The engineer is Honeycutt & Associates of Titusville.

 

Arbors @ Addison Creek ­ Site plans are under review for a 54-unit patio-home subdivision located east of US 1 and west of Riveredge Drive.  The developer is Capri Capital Corporation, Inc. and the engineer of record is Plata Engineering of Melbourne.

 

Arbors @ Addison Creek ALF ­ Site plans are under review for an assisted living facility located east of US 1 and west of Riveredge Drive.  The developer is Capri Capital Corporation, Inc. and the engineer of record is Plata Engineering of Melbourne.

 

Bent Oak @ Meadowridge II ­ Homes are under construction for this Condev subdivision in south Titusville.  This phase will bring an additional 54 residential lots on a 15.30-acre site.  The engineer of record is Honeycutt & Associates of Titusville.

 

Bent Oak @ Meadowridge Phase III ­ Homes are under construction for 19-lots located on the corner of Sisson & Grissom.  The infrastructure is currently under construction.  The engineer of record is Honeycutt & Associates of Titusville. 

 

Benton House ACLF ­ Plans have been approved for this 59-unit adult congregate living facility.  The project is located on US 1 west of Cherrydon Trailer Park.  The engineer of record is Honeycutt & Associates of Titusville.

 

Brooks Landing ­ Site plans have been submitted and are under review for this 71.70 acre subdivision with 111-lots located off Jay Jay Rd., east of US Highway 1.  The engineer of record is Masteller & Moler, Inc. Consulting Engineers of Vero Beach, FL.  The developer is Gen Development Inc.

 

Cerrato Medical Park ­ Plans are under review for this 16-lot plat located on U.S. 1, across from the hospital.  The engineering firm is Honeycutt and Associates of Titusville.

 

Comfort Suites ­ Site plans have been submitted and are under review for a 112-unit hotel.  The proposed project is on 11.62 acres located north of State Road 50 on Helen Hauser Blvd.   The engineer of record is Pickett Engineering Inc. of Bartow, FL.

 

Country Club Estates ­ Construction has begun for a 75-lot residential subdivision on Country Club Drive near Barna Avenue.  The developer is Damar Homes of Merritt Island, FL.

 

Demaret Drive Development ­ Plans are under review for a 92-unit condominium project which is located west of Barna Avenue, east of Demaret Drive.  The engineering firm is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of Titusville

 

Egret's Run Subdivision ­ Plans are under review for a new 40-lot subdivision located at Singleton Avenue and Parrish Road.  The engineering firm is R.K. Engineering of Melbourne.

 

Flores Del Sol ­ Site plans have been submitted for a condominium and single-family home project located east of U.S. 1, west of Riveredge Drive.  The project consists of two single ­family home lots and 4 condominium buildings totaling 50-units.  The engineer is Carnahan, Proctor, Cross, Inc of Winter Park, FL.

 

Fox Lake Hammock ­ Site plans have been submitted for a 107-unit townhome project located east of State Road 405, north of Fox Lake Road.  The engineer is CEG of Melbourne, FL.

 

G & J Warehouse ­   A site plan has been approved for a warehouse located at the corner of Deleon Ave and Orange St. The engineer of record is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of Titusville

 

Harbor Village Condominiums ­ Plans have been approved for this 143-unit condominium project.  This project is located south of Cheney Highway and north Sisson Meadows, along the railroad tracks.  The developer is Atlantis Development from Miami.

 

Lake Bella Subdivision ­ Construction has begun on this 30-lot single family subdivision.  The project is located north of Knox McRae.  The engineering firm is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of Titusville.

 

Lonsdale Subdivision ­ Site plans have been submitted and are under review for a new subdivision located on Hillcrest Ave. and Tropic St.  The proposed project contains 14 single-family lots on 4.53 acres.  The engineering firm is R.K. Engineering of Melbourne.

 

North Point Office Park ­ Site plans have been submitted for 6-single story professional office buildings located on Dairy Road.  The engineer is Michael P. Melzer, P.E.  of  Port St. John.

 

Nova Villas   This project was originally platted and partially constructed in 1986. Construction has begun on an additional 35-units added to this project as originally platted.   The developer is Wilgrup Properties of Brevard, Inc.


Oak Park Condominiums ­ Construction has begun on 14-units to the existing development located on Dairy Road across from Madison Middle School.  The engineer of record is Fleis & Bennett of Indian Harbor Beach.

 

Palmetto Ridge Estates ­ Construction has begun on nine, six-unit townhomes and 11 multi-family apartment buildings with a clubhouse and pool.  The proposed project will be located on Gibson & Deleon Ave. on 21.85 acres.  The engineer is Cantelou Powell, Inc. of Melbourne and the developer is Palmetto Ridge Estates, LLP.

 

Park Place Estates ­ Construction has begun for this 65-lot single-family home subdivision.  This project is located south of Garden Street west of the I-95 overpass.  The engineer of record is Bussen ­ Mayer of Melbourne.

 

Plantation Oaks Phase V ­ Construction has begun on phase five of the 454-lot subdivision located north of Harrison Street and east of S. Deleon Avenue.  The engineer is Morgan and Associates from Melbourne.

 

RaceTrac ­ Site plans are currently under review for a 4,997 sq. ft. convenience store and gas station located west of Helen Hauser Blvd., north of State Road 50.  The engineer is Zev Cohen of Ormond Beach, FL. 

 

Registry on Park Avenue ­ Site plans have been approved for this project located at the northeast corner of Park Avenue and Harrison Street; the project will consist of 72-townhomes on 9.368 acres.  The engineer is Kimley Horn.  

 

Reserve at Meadowridge ­ Construction has begun on this project located north of Grissom Parkway and west of Sisson Road; the project will consist of 92-townhomes on 12.783 acres.  The engineer is Lee Engineering of Indialantic, FL.

 

River Parc ­ Plans have been submitted and are under review for a mixed use project located at Broad St. and U.S. 1.  The project will consist of 72 residential units and 26,485 sq. ft. of commercial/retail space.  The engineering firm is HSQ Group, Inc. of Delray Beach, FL.

 

Royal Manor Subdivision ­ Plans have been approved and construction is underway for this 17-lot subdivision located on Barna Avenue and Day Street.  Honeycutt and Associates of Titusville is the engineer of record. 

 

Royal Palms Senior Apartments ­ Construction has begun for this affordable housing project located at 119 S. Park Avenue.  The proposed project is on 6.79 acres with 94,452 sq. ft. of building space.  The engineer is Honeycutt & Associates, Inc. of Titusville and the developer is Royal Palms Senior Apartments, LP.

 

Sandy Pointe ­ Site plans have been submitted and are under review for this mixed use development.  The proposed 345.9 acre project is located east of US 1, north State Road 405.  The engineer is Construction Engineering Group of Melbourne.

 

Shady Oaks Estates ­ Site plans are under review for 16 single family lots located on Sharon Drive, north of Epp Bivings Drive.  The engineer is Honeycutt & Associates of Titusville, FL.

 

Sonic Restaurant ­ The site plan has been approved for a new restaurant located at the corner of Dairy Road and Singleton Ave.  The engineer is MBV Engineering, Inc. from Vero Beach.

 

Sonny Groves Subdivision ­ Site plans have been submitted and are in review for this 18-lot single family subdivision.  The proposed project is located on York Avenue & Tropic Street on six acres.  The engineer is Droor & Associates, Inc. of Melbourne and the developer is Ulbricht Residential Construction.

 

South Carpenter Estates ­ Site plans are under review for a new 72-lot subdivision located on Fox Lake Road and Carpenter Road. The engineer is Canaveral Engineering of Titusville

 

South Lake Estates Subdivision ­ Site plans are under review for eight lots located on Carpenter Road and Baker Avenue. The engineering firm is Bussen Mayer Engineering Group Inc. from Merritt Island.

 

Space Coast Medical Associates Cancer Center ­ Construction has begun for a new medical facility located at the corner of Jones Street and North Deleon Ave. The engineer of record is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of Titusville.

 

State Road 405 West Office/Warehouse ­ Construction has begun for a 14,433 square foot office/warehouse project located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Bobbi Lane and State Road 405.  Engineer of record is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. in Titusville. 

 

Stinger Fiberglass ­ Construction has begun on a 10,132 sq. ft. manufacturing facility located on Armstrong Dr.  The engineer of record is Michael P. Melzer Inc. of Port St. John, Florida.

 

Stonehenge Condominiums ­ Plans have been approved for a 6-unit condominium located on Wendy Lee Dr. near Imperial Estates Elementary School.  The engineer of record is Honeycutt & Associates of Titusville.

 

Sycamore Springs Townhomes ­ Site plans have been submitted for a 52-lot townhome project located on Sycamore St. and Deleon Avenue.  The engineer of record is Lochrane Engineering, Inc. or Orlando and the developer is Stilllwater Homes Construction, LLC.

 

Sunoco ­ Site plans have been approved for a 4,158 sq. ft. convenience store and gas station located north of Garden Street, east of Park Avenue. The engineer is MBV Engineering of Melbourne, FL.

 

Tarmac America ­ Site plans have been submitted for a new cement plant located on the southeast side of Ponce Deleon.  The engineer of record is Bussen Mayer of Melbourne.

 

Timber Trace Apartments ­ Construction is under way for this 204-unit apartment project located on Sisson Road across from Sterling Forest.  The engineer of record is Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc. of Titusville.

 

Tire Kingdom ­ Construction is underway on a retail automotive repair and tire center consisting of 6,976 sq. ft.  This store is located south of State Road 405, east of Crossroads Marketplace.  The engineering firm is Kelly Collins and Gentry of Orlando.

 

Titusville High School ­ Construction is still underway with various improvements to be added to the property.  A new football stadium with a concession stand has been constructed and is currently in use..  The engineer is Allen Engineering, Inc. of Cocoa Beach and the contractor is The Haskell Co.

 

Underwood Marriott Hotel ­ Construction has begun for a 96-room hotel located on Helen Hauser Blvd., north of Cheney Highway.  The engineering firm is BSE Consultants of Melbourne. 

 

Visions Tract G ­ Plans have been approved for a 110-room hotel and office building project located on Vectorspace Blvd. and Horizon Drive.  The engineer of record is Bussen Mayer of Melbourne.

 

Willow Creek Commercial ­ Plans have been approved and construction has begun on a commercial subdivision off Grissom Parkway, southwest of the airport.  The subdivision will consist of 31-commercial lots and open areas, totaling 229.89 acres.  The owner/developers are Willow Creek Development of Palm Bay.  The engineering firm for the project is Honeycutt & Associates of Titusville. 

 

Willow Creek Residential ­ A concept plan has been approved and Phase 1 is under review for this 1,216-unit subdivision located west of Grissom Parkway. The engineer of record is Bussen Mayer of Melbourne
