ADULT & YOUTH ATHLETIC LEAGUES
Basketball, football, softball and volleyball leagues are offered for adults. Baseball, basketball, football, soccer and softball leagues are offered by various youth sanctioned groups or contract instructors. Call 264-5105 for more information.

A facility use permit must be signed by the person responsible for the actions of the group (at least 21 years of age). Fifty percent of the rental fee is required to be paid within 72 hours of when reservation is placed.

Two to three months should be allowed for completing all necessary paper work for major events which are open to the public and include alcoholic beverages or amplified music. Total fees must be paid prior to event. Refundable custodial deposit will be assessed.

Parks are generally open during daylight hours unless reserved otherwise.

Regulations regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages, loud speaker, and amplified music including Karaoke, are available from the North Area Parks Operations. Applicant must be 21 years of age or older for alcohol permit. Alcohol is not permitted at athletic facilities.

Refunds shall be made only if applicant provides 72-hour advance notice of cancellation, and are subject to an administrative fee. Fires are prohibited except in picnic grills provided by park or authorized by staff. No solicitation is allowed within any park or recreation area.

Funding is provided by the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners General Fund and through the Brevard County District One Recreation Municipal Service Taxing Unit. Facilities are provided by the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners, the City of Titusville, and the School Board of Brevard County, through interlocal and joint use agreements.

Individual accident medical insurance for participants in programs is not provided by Brevard County Parks & Recreation Department. Most programs and activities require a signed waiver.
