LEAGUE NEWS
Closing day May 17th
The 46th IRCLL season is now closed. Two teams are advancing to District 22 County Tournament. The Major Division Cardinals and the Junior Division Bulldogs. See below for Tournament game dates. All Star Players will be announced late on June 15th. The All Star Managers have been selected an will be; Minor Division, Frank Corcoran, Major Division, Mel Mudrak and Junior Division, Danny Sweat.
Thanks to all the volunteers, Managers, Coaches and Board Members for helping IRCLL have a very successful season.
New Board
Voting was completed on Closing day for new Board members of IRCLL. The results of the election will be announced as soon as background checks can be completed. Before new Board Members can be seated, they must complete a Little League Volunteer form, from the site mentioned below, and pass the background checks before working with Little League activities. The new Board takes control of the League October 1st for the 2009 season. The current Board continues to meet in order to finish up the 2008 season issues as well as post season tournaments.

• • Little League Inc now requires background Checks on all local volunteers. The application has changed to reflect this policy. Applicants must provide a copy of a government issued photo ID. Please read the application carefully.
