PLAYALINDA TO CLOSE FOR ATLAS V LAUNCH
In compliance with Cape Canaveral Air Force Station mission requirements, Canaveral National Seashore at Playalinda Beach in Brevard county will close at 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 24, 2011, for a scheduled Atlas V Rocket launch on November 25, 2011. The park will re-open the day after a successful launch.This launch date is tentative, and subject to change by CCAFS officials.
