"CLICK IT OR TICKET"
Canaveral National Seashore will again participate in the State's "Click it or Ticket" safety campaign this year. The major difference is that it is now considered a primary offense for not wearing your seatbelt and/or child restraints in any National Park Service Area, since its enactment in the Code of Federal Regulations, Nov. 1997, 36(CFR)4.15(a)(b) "Safety Belts."
