SPECIAL USE PERMITS
A special use permit is required of activities that provide a benefit to an individual, group or organization, rather than the public at large and that require some degree of Management from the National Park Service in order to protect park resources and the public interest.

COMMERCIAL USE AUTHORIZATIONS
Canaveral National Seashore, a unit of the National Parks System. As in any other National Park Service area, only those holding an authorization from the United States may provide commercial visitor services. Small, single-service businesses are issued Incidental Business Permits, if certain requirements are met. If you plan to guide in the waters of Canaveral National Seashore, a permit is required by law.

COMMERICAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING PERMIT
If you are planning to do any filming or photography involving talent, products, or props in front of a camera, please fill out the filming application.

COMMERCIAL HARVESTING PERMITS
The commercial harvesting of marine products within Canaveral National Seashore requires a permit. Marine-life harvesting includes clams, oysters, shrimp, crabs, bait fish, and fish in accordance with Florida State Laws.

Backcountry Camping & Horsebackriding
Special permits are required.
