    • Remembering the Historic 1912 Maiden Voyage & Sinking of the Titanic.

    • 4:30pm - 17th - Basic birdwatching presentation and tour at Riverwalk Nature Center.
    • People can watch and count birds for at least 15 minutes on any day of the count and report to the national count.
    • Coordinated by The Great Backyard Bird Count.

    18 & 19 -- Refuge - Beginning Bird Watching Tour - 9am

    18 -- Orlando Wetlands Festival

    • 9:00am - 3:00pm -- Fort Christmas Historical Park and Orlando Wetlands Park.
    • Guided bird, native plant, photography & wilderness tours. Hayrides & bus tours.
    • Tree give-aways, door prizes, live folk music, interactive children's activities, wildlife shows.
    • Educational exhibits, Local nature related organization booths. Food available.

    18 -- Mardi Gras Night!

    • Enjoy some authentic New Orleans food as you listen to some great jazz music by the Brevard Symphony Brass Quintette.
