We are planning for our Annual Friday Nite Live Wine Walk on January 8, 2016 and need to know who would like to participate.

• Wine Walk participation is open to only Downtown Titusville Merchant Association "Merchant" Members.
• Cost per Downtown "Merchant" Members will depend on the number of participating businesses. 10 members average have participated in the the past. The more, the merrier! This will be our 3rd Wine Walk held. Estimated cost $150.00 to $200.00.
• This is a typical Successful Friday Nite Live with US Hwy 1 Street closure, Vendors, with Live Jazz music on stage by Tony Wynn & Cameron Brown.
• Businesses located outside the street closure area that want to participate can (and have) set up a tent in Event area.
• The Association gets a Special Event Liquor License, purchases the wine, pairs each participating business with a red & white wine & will provide you info on the wines.
• We suggest that Businesses place their Wine Station area well inside their establishment so patrons enter your Business & see what you are all about.
• We suggest you provide light snack food of some kind to Wine Walk patrons. And it's a great idea if you want to sell wine related items - napkins, glass rings, etc.
• Patrons will purchase our logo stemless wine glasses at our tent set up on US Hwy 1. They will get a glass, tickets, map and wristband. This combination will insure that you give wine to only those that have paid.
• Map shows location of participating Merchants, country, region and type of wine.

If you are a Downtown Merchant & you want to have a space secured on US Hwy 1, you will need to fill out the Vendor Application & get it to us.

Event Sponsor - $1,200.00 per month:
Include name of business & logo on all media, name, logo & link listed on Website. This may include flyers, bulletins, press releases, posters due to timing, 4 Vendor spots & recognition during Event.

Entertainment Sponsor - $450.00 per month:
Include name of business & logo on all media, name listed on Website and advertising. This may include flyers, bulletins, press releases, posters due to timing, 1 Vendor spot & recognition during Event.

Street Party Sponsor - $150.00 per month:
This may include flyers, bulletins, press releases, posters due to timing and recognition during Event.

Please consider sharing a portion of increased revenue due to Friday Nite Live Events. Monthly Events are costly and dues just don't cover the expense of printing, street closures, bands, stage, insurance.

Our Downtown is growing! We have fewer empty storefronts and the attendance to our Friday Nite Live events have grown. This means more exposure to your Business and our Downtown. The Heart Of The City!

Florida State Guidelines for Food Vendors

Mobile Vendors

Good afternoon,

Currently mobile vendors are not permitted within the downtown, except as part of a special event. I am not certain why this requirement is in place, although I am sure it was done for a specific reason. Council has received a request to permit mobile vendors in Marina Park to serve the people who utilize the skateboard park. I am seeking your opinion on whether mobile vendors should be permitted in the downtown. Please note that the code requires that mobile vendors (not part of a special event) be located no closer than 500 feet from a permanent business of the same type (for example, food trucks and restaurants).

I would appreciate any input that you have on this issue.

Your Downtown Merchants Association

ALL monthly events have live music - and that is FREE to your customers!!!! Do THEY know about this? Do they know the specials you offer ONLY on Friday Nite Live? The 2nd Friday of each month. Do WE know what you are offering so we can help promote you?

The Downtown Titusville Merchants Association pays for the the music, advertising, signs, stage, insurance, flyers, etc to promote YOUR BUSINESS & our awesome Downtown. Sponsors are always needed to help cover these costs as are volunteer labor to help set up; get cars out of parking lot, etc.

But we need everyone's support & help. If you are interested in supporting these events or do nothing to support these events, please let us know how & why.

If they do or do not increase traffic to Downtown, please let us know. If you feel these events will not bring attention to Downtown therefore bringing customers to your shop & potential new businesses to open up here, let us know.

Friday Nite Live Event usually held in Julia St Parking Lot. Street Party once or twice a year due to cost.
