All of our breads are made from the finest available ingredients. We use 100% whole wheat without any artificial additives. We use award winning, pure Florida wildflower honey, and lots of other all-natural stuff to make it tasty! |
| Some Tips: |

Since our breads contain no preservatives, fats, or oils, they will stay fresh for just a few days on your counter, but to prolong their shelf life please follow these guide lines:
- Avoid storing bread in the refrigerator, it's too humid and bread may mold more quickly.
- If you can't eat the loaf within a few days, freeze it. It freezes beautifully!
- Unsliced loaves stay fresher, longer. It also gives you a chance to decide how thick you want your slices!
