Hello to everyone, hope all is going well with each of you.
I am sending this message out from 2 reasons.
The first reason is to tell you all about the exciting news for some of our students at Dance Theater Performing Arts.
In December, three of our students, Courtney Scherer, Amanda Akimenko, and Rain Halbert, auditioned in Orlando for The Rockettes Summer Intensive. We found out 3 months later that all 3 got accepted, which means they will train in New York City and at the end of the intensive they will perform at Radio City Miusic Hall!
On a separate note, 4 of our students, Courtney Scherer, Annalisa DiBernardo, Rain Halbert and Amanda Akimenko were personally invited to perform in The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade which is broadcast on National T.V.! They will be spend a week in New York City rehearsing and training under world-known choreographers and then Thanksgiving morning participating in The Macy's Parade!
We are very excited for our studio and for our girls, however these experiences are going to cost thousands, therefore if any of you have any fundraising ideas or just to get the news out there about us would be greatly appreciated!
